SayIt Services at healthcare.nvoq.com and secure.nvoq.com will be undergoing routine database maintenance at the primary datacenter and SayIt traffic will be sent to our secondary datacenter during this time period. All SayIt dictations and shortcuts will be processed during the maintenance window, but you may see a message asking you to restart your SayIt client. It is possible that some metadata for voice shortcuts and dictations performed during the maintenance window will not persist on the Review & Correct page.

The SayIt Service at canada.nvoq.com will also undergo routine database maintenance during this time period, and you may be required to restart your SayIt client. SayIt dictations and shortcuts should be processed during the maintenance window.
